TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CALYPSO CAY

A. Married & co-habitating couples both must be between the ages of 25 to 68 (if married, 1 person in the couple can be at least 23 yrs of age) and be gainfully employed with an annual income of at least $50,000. Single women 30 to 68 with an annual income of $50,000. Both partners or spouses must be present at the presentation.

B. Two or more families traveling together or full time students will NOT be accepted.

C. For identification purposes, a valid driver's license or passport and a valid major credit card (checkbooks & debit cards are not accepted) must be shown at the presentation.

D. May not have toured Calypso Cay in the past 12 month and no more than 3 times in a lifetime.

E. Must speak and understand fluent English or Spanish.

F. Cannot reside in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Miami-Dade, or Broward counties.

G. Guests are housed at Runaway Bay Resort. (Same location as Calypso Cay Resort).

H. Reservations cannot be accepted less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

I. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 1 nite plus room tax no show charge.

J. No shows for any confirmed guest that does not check-in will forfeit all deposits and will NOT receive a refund.

K. Guests are responsible for any incidentals over the basic room. Such as, but not limited to taxes, meals, phone calls, key deposits, maid service).

L. Taxes, tips and any expenses of a personal nature are not included.
