TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SUMMER BAY

A. Married or co-habitating couples between the ages of 25 to 79 years of age with a combined annual income greater than $50,000. Single women at least 30 years old an annual income of $50,000. Cohabitating couples must show proof of matching address. Must be gainfully employed (No Retired couples).

B. Two or more families traveling together or full time students will NOT be accepted.

C. For identification purposes, a valid driver's license or passport and a valid major credit card (checkbooks & debit cards are not accepted) must be shown at the presentation.

D. May not have toured Summer Bay in the past 12 months.

E. Must speak and understand fluent English or Spanish.

F. Cannot reside in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole or Volusia counties. Residents of the following states are not accepted: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon and Utah.

G. Guests are housed at a nearby hotel. Standard properties include Inn at Summer Bay, Travelodge or Ramada Inn. Premium hotels include the Holiday Inn and the Radisson.

H. Reservations cannot be accepted less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

I. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 1 nite plus room tax no show charge.

J. No shows for any confirmed guest that does not check-in will forfeit all deposits and will NOT receive a refund.

K. Guests are responsible for any incidentals over the basic room. Such as, but not limited to taxes, meals, phone calls, key deposits, maid service).

L. Taxes, tips and any expenses of a personal nature are not included.
