TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHERATON VILLAGES

A. Married couples both must be between the ages of 26 to 70 years of age with a combined annual income greater than $70,000. Cohabitating couples both must be between the ages of 27 and 70 with a combined annual income greater that $70,000. Couples must show ID residing at the same address and must attend the presentation together. NO SINGLES.

B. Two or more families traveling together or full time students will NOT be accepted.

C. For identification purposes, a valid driver's license or passport and a valid major credit card (checkbooks & debit cards are not accepted) must be shown at the presentation.

D. Couples cannot have toured any Starwood Vacation Ownership Resort within the prior 15 months and cannot be owners of any Starwood Vacation Ownership Resort.

E. Must speak and understand fluent English.

F. Cannot be residents of the state of Florida. Cannot be Citizens of Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Belgium, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Pakistan, Taiwan, Turkey, Venezuela, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Iceland or United Kingdom.

G. Guests are housed at Sherataon Vistana Villages.

H. Reservations cannot be accepted less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

I. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 1 nite plus room tax no show charge.

J. No shows for any confirmed guest that does not check-in will forfeit all deposits and will NOT receive a refund.

K. Taxes, tips and any expenses of a personal nature are not included.
